Yum Cha...Posted by aLv|N (Melbourne, Australia) on 22 August 2008 in Food & Cuisine. This use to be a very very big part of my life. Every day off that I get, I'd go to yum cha. Either with my ex, or with a whole bunch of other friends. To kind of think back, it is kinda sad to leave all those people that use to be a huge part of my life behind. But truth be told, if I hadn't... I wouldn't have gotten to where I am now. My ex was a big part of my life. But that was a life 2 and half years ago. I'm living a complete different life now. Back then... I live for her. I do things to please her. I make her happy. My sole purpose was to make sure she was happy. And trust me, that was hard. It was fun non the less with her making me happy as well sometimes. But it was hard. The happiest time I can remember were the times when I didn't have a car. We'd take the bus together to work and to school, I'll walk all the way to where she work and wait for her then we'd take the bus home together. That time, she had her place and I had mine. But as time pass by, we moved in together, I got a car. And from then on out... somehow it wasn't as fun anymore. Being woke up to send her to work where she can walk like 10mins to get to work, driving her here and there. I didn't have a life. My life was around her. It was sad.
